Is MGA the safest licence?
One of the safest, not the only one. UKGC and Sweden’s SGA are at the same level. Finland’s 2027 licence standard is still being finalised.
Can I complain about an MGA operator if a payout drags?
Yes. The route: the operator’s own support → MGA Player Support Unit (support.mga@mga.org.mt). MGA replies within 15 working days.
Why aren’t all MGA operators listed?
We track ~40 operators with meaningful Finnish user bases. There are hundreds of MGA operators — we do not score the rest.
